OUR STORY

2012...

Gemma owned a small cafe in Northwich, and Holly worked in an office in Manchester. Each morning Gemma would wave Holly off on the commuter filled train for the day, and they each dreamed of owning a larger cafe together somewhere.

In the December of 2012, Gemma had a serendipitous meeting with an old friend, and an opportunity presented itself to make dreams a reality.

The rest, as they say, is history!

drinks and bites at 35 opened to customers on 24th January 2013, after a tiring 10 days of form filling, menu writing, branding and cleaning.

Ever since Gemma and Holly have continually striven to build and improve on what they do, and what they can offer their new and regular customers.

The cafe affords a central position in Middlewich's town centre and has gone from strength to strength since opening.
